As the world continues to get back to normal, we are delighted to finally share some live events that get you out and about from your apartment in Austin, TX.  At the same time, you can personally welcome all the great talent in Austin back to stages throughout the city.


Moontower Comedy Series
Throughout April


The Moontower Comedy Festival brings some of the funniest, wittiest, and oddest world-class comics to presented by the Paramount Theatre each year. This spring, national headliners, up-and-comers, and local comedians will grace the stage for a hilarious spring series.


Throughout April at the ZACH Theater


Springtime is one of the best times to enjoy entertainment under the stars.  And thanks to the staff at ZACH Theater in Austin, you and your friends can sit back and be entertained throughout the season with their “Songs Under the Stars” performances – in a safe and socially distant atmosphere. As their website notes:


The socially distanced outdoor series will feature five concerts over eight weekends, running Thursdays through Sundays each week. Enjoy live performances, esteemed performers and an outdoor bar surrounded by the Austin skyline.


You can reserve your group's pod(s) in various locations throughout the Plaza, including the steps that lead up to the stage. Each pod holds 2 – 6 people, including children.

Gospel Down by The Riverside

April 1 – 11, 2021


The stellar cast of ZACH’s hit CROWNS—Judy Arnold, Roderick Sanford, Kia Fulton, and Janis Stinson—raise the rafters in celebration of gospel music made famous by Shirley Caesar, Sam Cooke, Aretha Franklin, Mahalia Jackson, and others. Prepare to be uplifted and inspired with heart-felt songs like “Down by The Riverside,” “The Saints Go Marching In,” “Will the Circle Be Unbroken,” and other gospel favorites.


Tameca Jones

April 15 – 18, 2021

Rock steady to an explosive evening with the show stopping Tameca Jones, Austin’s reigning Queen of Soul! Tameca has built a huge following with her dynamite rock, soul, and blues sets at The Continental Club where her showstopping vocals regularly fill the dancefloor. Her originals songs will have you grooving as much as the hits from Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Tina Turner, and many more!


Disney Through the Decades

April 22 – May 2, 2021


Celebrate the magic of Disney from your favorite classics to today with hits from Beauty and the Beast, Coco, Frozen, Moana, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King, in this enchanting concert sing-along for the whole family!

Francene Bayola (A Christmas Carol,) Leslie McDonel (A Night with Janis Joplin,) soul-man Roderick Sanford (A Christmas Carol,) The Platters lead singer Kenny Williams (A Christmas Carol,) and Zack Zaromatidis, (Bandstand National tour,) feel the Disney love with songs like “When You Wish Upon A Star,” “Under the Sea,” “Let It Go,” and many other popular tunes.
